LANTEC Systems is proud to offer remote support to all of our business partners. No matter where you are, if you have an Internet connection we can help. As our client you can control the access, in most cases if you are not there we cannot connect in. With your permission, we will install a remote access client onto the servers so we can access these when you are not in the office. This way we can run some maintenance utilities on them and not disrupt your business during normal business hours. For desktops and portable devices we require the user to be there and initiate the remote access. We respect your privacy so we do not access your systems without your permission or knowledge.
